- create emoji-based polls ("Mood Meters")
- vote on polls
- view aggregated sentiment results
The platform is designed to capture opinions, reactions, and predictions using emojis.
3. User Content
Users may create Mood Meters by submitting poll questions and emoji options. You are responsible for the content you create.
Content must not include:
- illegal material
- harassment or hate speech
- spam
- misleading or deceptive content
- copyright violations
Mojimood reserves the right to remove content.
4. Public Visibility
Mood Meters are publicly accessible. Polls may be indexed by search engines, shared on social media, and embedded on external websites.
5. Embedding and Sharing
Mojimood allows Mood Meters to be embedded on third-party websites and shared on social media platforms.
By creating a Mood Meter you grant Mojimood a non-exclusive license to display and distribute the content within the service and through official sharing and embedding features.
Mojimood is not responsible for how polls are displayed or interpreted on third-party websites.
6. Poll Results Disclaimer
Mood Meter results reflect user sentiment and participation. Results may be incomplete, may be biased, and should not be interpreted as factual or scientific data. Poll results are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
7. No Professional Advice
Mojimood is a polling and sentiment platform. Content and results on the platform do not constitute financial, political, or professional advice.
8. Moderation
We may remove polls or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, manipulate votes, abuse the platform, or promote harmful content. Content may be removed without prior notice.
9. Accounts
If you create an account you agree to:
- provide accurate information
- maintain the security of your credentials
- be responsible for activity under your account
10. Platform Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform may evolve or change over time.
11. Limitation of Liability
Mojimood is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for user generated content, decisions made based on poll results, or service interruptions.
12. Intellectual Property
The Mojimood platform including branding, design, and software is protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their content but grant Mojimood a license to display it within the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Mojimood constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
